Tac 20 Alternative
Contains :
- Lidocaine 20%
- Tetracaine 4%
- Phenelylephrine 2% topical anesthetic
Uses :
- Topical Anesthetic
- Useful in a variety of procedures
- Combines two anesthetic ingredients
- Contains a vasoconstrictor to reduce bleeding
- Formulated to reduce bitterness for increased tolerability
Dyclonine 1% Rinse
Contains :
- 1% Dyclonine
Uses :
- Dyclonine is an oral, local anesthetic
Directions of Use :
- Patient may swish the solution orally prior to a dental procedure to anesthetize the gingival and palatal tissues
BLT Cream
Contains :
- Benzocaine 20%
- Lidocaine 8%
- Tetracaine 4%
Uses :
- This mixture of topical anesthetics in an easy-to-apply cream
- Effective in numbing the skin prior to laser, cosmetic, and dermatological procedures
- Available in different formulations based on needs
- Strength of individual ingredients and the base can be adjusted as per specifications
Gastroenterology
Diltiazem 2% Lidocaine 4% Ointment
Contains :
- Diltiazem 2%
- Lidocaine 4%
Uses :
- Diltiazem increases blood flow to an anal fissure. Promotes healing while reducing pressure in the anal sphincter, decreasing pain.
- Lidocaine is a topical anesthetic providing pain relief due to an anal fissure.
- Final product milled to from a high-quality, uniform, and smooth ointment.
Nifedipine Ointment
Contains :
- Nifedipine (available in various concentrations, typically 0.2-0.3%)
Uses :
- Increases blood flow to anal fissure
- Promotes healing while reducing pressure in the anal sphincter which reduces pain

Magic Mouthwash
Available in a wide variety of formulations per prescriber request, a typical preparation is as follows:
Contains :
- Carafate 3gm
- Benadryl
- Nystatin
- Maalox suspension
- Viscous Lidocaine
Uses :
- Treats mouth sores caused by some forms of chemotherapy and radiation therapy
- Carafate: Anti-ulcer medication that works by sticking to ulcer sites and providing protection against irritants
- Benadryl: Antihistamine/anticholinergic to reduce swelling
- Nystatin: An antifungal to prevent fungal infection
- Maalox: Coats mucosal lining to reduce discomfort
- ·Lidocaine: An anesthetic which numbs the mucosal surface, reducing pain
Antifungal Nail Solution in DMSO
Contains :
- Fluconazole 4% in DMSO
Uses :
- Fluconazole: Prevents and treats a variety of fungal and yeast infections.
- DMSO: A by-product of paper making and comes from a substance found in wood. Easily absorbed into the skin and has been used to increase the body’s absorption of medication.
Directions of Use :
- Toenail fungus can be a persistent and difficult problem to treat with over-the-counter medications. When applied to the nail with a penetrating solution like DMSO, the antifungals penetrate through the toenail and act on the fungus in the nail bed.
All-Purpose Nipple Ointment
For new mothers!
Contains :
- Mupirocin
- Betamethasone Valerate
- Miconazole
Uses :
- APNO is an ointment prepared with multiple ingredients to treat various aggravating factors regarding sore nipples.
- Mupirocin: An antibiotic effective against Staphylococcus, a bacteria commonly found in abrasions or cracks in the nipples.
- Betamethasone: A corticosteroid which decreases inflammation. In doing so, it also reduces irritation and pain.
- Miconazole: An antifungal agent preventing or eliminating colonization of Candida albicans
Medication for Pets
Pimobendan Oral Suspension (AKA Vetmedin)
Contains :
- Pimobendan 1.25mg/ml oil suspension
- Can be flavored with grilled chicken flavor or fish flavor
Uses :
- Pimobendan is used in the management of heart failure
Spironolactione Oral Suspension
Contains :
- Spironolactone 5mg/ml oil suspension
- Can be flavored with grilled chicken flavor or fish flavor
Uses :
- Spironolactone is used to help manage refractory edema or fluid retention due to congestive heart failure and/or hypertension.
